Sports Injuries

Sports injuries can occur to anyone from a casual walker/ jogger to a regular gym goer to a team player or an elite athlete. Injuries can range from an acute episode due to a one off incident or a more chronic episode due to faulty techniques, footwear or equipment.

 

Whilst we will always aim to have you back on the field, pitch, track or court as soon as possible, we may advise some rest time and a safely phased return to sport to avoid re-aggravating your injury.
