Treatment of under 18's It is the policy of Monkstown Physiotherapy Clinic that -   All patients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for all physiotherapy assessment and treatment sessions.  All patients from 16 to 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian on their first visit and all treatment plans should be discussed with the parent/guardian at this appointment. On subsequent appointments the patient can attend alone. Any changes in treatment plans should be discussed with the parent/guardian and client.
